Divya Industries

Our place at Divya Industries is tucked away in the Tejendra Estate, specifically over at Plot No. 100/101. If you know where Soni Ni Chawl is, then we are pretty easy to find since we're right near CMC. It’s a busy corner of the world. There’s always noise from the other units nearby and the sound of machines running. We spend most of our hours making sure the production line stays moving without too many hiccups. It isn't always smooth, machines break down and parts get delayed, but that’s the reality of running an industry. We have a small crew here and everyone knows their role. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out and fix it right there on the floor. Lunchtime is usually spent sitting together, talking about family or whatever is on the news. It feels more like a small community than a cold office. Being in an estate like this means you know your neighbors and you help each other out with a spare tool or some advice when needed. We've been at this for a while and the goal is just to keep the quality consistent and keep our heads down. It’s hard work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We like the grit of this area and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else.
