Our place is right by the A. E. C Sub Station in Gidc. The address is Plot No. 12/11. Being near the substation makes it very easy to give directions to the truck drivers. We do all kinds of packaging work here. Boxes, wraps, and all that sort of stuff. It’s a lot of cardboard and tape around here most days of the week. We started Dharati Packaging a while back with just a couple of machines and a lot of hope. Now we have a few more machines, but it still feels like a small family operation to us. We don't have a big HR department or a PR firm to handle our image. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea in the back. The noise of the packing machines is something you just get used to after a while. We work with a lot of local factories that need their goods boxed up for shipping across the country. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes. We don't overcomplicate things here. You tell us what you need to pack, and we figure out the best way to do it without spending too much. The floors are rarely clean because of all the paper offcuts, but that's just how a packaging factory looks. We’re proud of what we built on this plot. It’s not a fancy corporate life, but it’s honest work that we enjoy. We’ve been here for years and don't plan on going anywhere else.
