Our office is located over at Rashmi Growth Hub, not far from the Odhav Ringroad Circle. It’s a busy industrial area, so there’s always the sound of engines and the smell of diesel in the air. At Ballard Project Private Limited, we don't have any fancy curtains or expensive coffee machines. We just have a few desks, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. The growth hub is always full of activity, which suits us just fine. We spend most of our time coordinating with different teams and checking on the progress of our projects out in the field. Odhav is a rough and tumble kind of place, and our way of working reflects that. We don't use big words or pretend to be something we’re not. We’re just a group of people trying to make these projects happen without too many delays. The ringroad makes it easy to get where we need to go, though the circle gets backed up pretty badly in the afternoons. We usually stay until the traffic dies down, catching up on the logbooks and making sure everything is accounted for. It’s a lot of physical work and mental stress, but it's satisfying to see a project finally take shape after months of digging and pouring concrete. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task right in front of us, making sure the job gets done eventually.
