Ashok Plastic

Ashok Plastic is tucked away in B- 34, Shree Ram Estate. We are right opposite the Gujarat Vehpari Maha Mandal and near Bileswar Estate in Odhav. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find us, it's straightforward. We’ve been working with plastics for years. The machines make a lot of noise, so it’s rarely quiet in the workshop. We handle a lot of small orders for local businesses around Ahmedabad. Our space is filled with stacks of materials and finished products waiting to go out. The floor is usually covered in some scraps, though we try to sweep up every evening. It's just a few of us here. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, someone just shouts from the back if a visitor walks in. We get the work done. The 380015 area is quite crowded with factories, so there's always activity. We've learned to work fast when the deadlines are tight. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to sit and wait, which is frustrating but part of life here. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We make plastic stuff. It’s simple and it works for our customers. We’ve stayed in the same spot because it’s where our regulars know to find us. It's not a fancy life, but it's our life. We deal with the same suppliers and the same faces most weeks.
