Anand Industries

We're situated at Plot No. L-101 in the GIDC. This branch of Anand Industries is right in the heart of the industrial zone. It’s a big area, and finding the right plot can be a bit of a challenge if you’re new around here. We’ve been at this L-101 spot for a while now. The building is simple and doesn’t have much in the way of decoration. We prefer it that way. Most of the day is spent handling orders and making sure the floor is running right. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things. The GIDC can get dusty and noisy during peak hours, but that's just part of the atmosphere. We have a small team here. Everyone knows their job and we don't need much supervision. We aren't interested in being the biggest name out there. We just want to get through our list of things to do and keep the place running smoothly. Sometimes we sit outside for lunch if the weather isn't too bad. It's a basic setup, but it works for us. No one here wears a suit. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. It's a practical place for practical people. We’ve seen the GIDC expand quite a bit lately. More plots are being filled, but we just stay focused on our little corner. It is what it is, a place to work.
