Our business is located right across from the Inductotherm factory in the Bopal area of Ahmedabad. We are specifically over in the Pooja Apartment complex, on the A-5 side. It is a bit of a mix of residential and industrial around here, which keeps the atmosphere grounded. You can often hear the sounds from the factory during the day, which serves as a constant reminder of the hard work going on nearby. We handle impex operations, which is just a fancy way of saying we buy and sell things across the border. Most of our day is spent tracking containers or arguing with transport companies about why a truck hasn't arrived yet. It is a lot of logistics and detail work that requires a lot of patience. Our office in the apartment is small, but it’s enough for what we do. We don’t have a fleet of fancy cars or a huge staff, just a few of us who know the trade well. We try to be practical about everything. If a shipment is going to be late, we tell people it’s going to be late. We don't see the point in sugarcoating things. Dealing with international trade from a local spot like Bopal has its challenges, but we have figured out how to make it work. It's just about being consistent and showing up every day to handle whatever the next invoice brings to our desk.
