Our main spot is over at Titanium Square, right at the Thaltej Cross Road. We are in unit A 806. If you know the S.G. Highway, you know how busy this intersection gets at almost any hour. It’s a good place to be though, because everything is nearby. We are developers, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps and trying to figure out where the next project should go. The office is usually a bit of a mess with folders and rolled-up plans everywhere. We have a few people working here, mostly just focused on the day-to-day stuff like permits and talking to contractors. It’s not a quiet office; the phones are always ringing and there’s always someone coming in or going out. Sometimes I just stand by the window and watch the cars down on the highway when I need a break. Thaltej is growing so fast, and we are just trying to keep up with our part of it. We aren't really the type of people who wear suits every day unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Usually, it’s just jeans and a shirt because we’re likely going to a construction site later. We just take things one day at a time and try to make sure we don't miss any details. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but we have been doing this for a while and we enjoy the rhythm of it.
