Our facility is right across from Windsor Machine in Phase IV of the GIDC in Vatva. It’s a large plot, number 7610. If you’ve spent any time in this industrial zone, you know it’s a maze of roads and factories. We fit right in with the rest of the manufacturing units here. We deal with specialized equipment, and the shop floor is usually quite busy. It’s not the cleanest place, as there’s always some fabrication or assembly going on, but it’s an honest workspace. We have a mix of engineers and laborers who have been with us for years. We don’t bother with corporate slogans or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the machines are built right. The noise level can get pretty high during the afternoon shifts. We have a small office area for the administrative stuff, but most of the real work happens out back. It’s a bit of a trek to get here from the main city, but this is where the industry is. We like being part of the Vatva community. It’s a no-nonsense environment, and that suits the way we run the business. Every day brings a new set of challenges, but we just take them as they come and keep things moving forward without much of a fuss.
