Nss Impex Llp is a small operation located at F 1 Arohi Duplex. We’re on Dhumetu Marg, right across from the Saurashtra Society in the Paldi area of Ahmedabad. It’s a duplex, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. It’s a bit more like a home, which we actually prefer. We work on impex stuff, which is just a short way of saying we deal with imports and exports. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we have to concentrate on all those export forms and shipping manifests. Being in Paldi is quite convenient because it’s a central part of Ahmedabad. We’ve been here for a while and have settled into a routine. We aren't doing anything world-changing; we just facilitate trade. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, or there’s a delay at the port, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just the nature of the business. We don't use any fancy management software or have big meetings. We just talk to each other across the desk and get the job done. The address on Dhumetu Marg is easy enough for people to find. We like being across from Saurashtra Society because it gives the area a nice, established feel. We’re just a few people working hard to keep the business moving. It’s not always perfect, but we do our best with what we have. It’s just the way we work here.
