Our office is at 001, Nirmal Swastika, which is part of the Swastik Society in Navrangpura. We are tucked away behind the City Center and near the Swastik Cross Road. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easy for people to find us once they know the landmarks. We’ve been running Novateor Sales & Marketing from this ground-floor spot for a while. It’s a practical space, mostly filled with desks, computers, and a lot of files. Navrangpura is a busy area, but our little corner in the society is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our days talking to clients and working on different sales projects. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment with suits and ties. We are more of a casual group. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. We don’t really go in for big, polished speeches about what we do. We just try to help our clients sell their products and get their names out there. A lot of our neighbors in the society are families or small businesses, so it feels very lived-in. We like the fact that we can just walk out the door and be in the middle of the city's buzz in a few minutes. It’s a good place to be.
