We started this clinic in the Navrangpura area, specifically over at 108 Swastik Society. It’s right behind St Xaviers ladies hostel. If you know where Sams Pizza is, we are basically right there. This part of the city can get a bit busy with the commerce college nearby, but our spot is tucked away enough. We do IVF work here. Most of the folks who work at Nova Pulse Ivf Clinic Pvt Ltd have been in the medical field for a while. We just handle the day-to-day stuff involved with fertility treatments. It’s not an easy thing for people to go through, so we just try to keep things grounded. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space on the Six Road. People come in from all over the neighborhood. We spend our days looking at charts and talking to patients about their options. It gets quiet sometimes, then busy the next hour. That's just how it goes in a clinic. We’ve been at this address for some time now. Navrangpura is a good spot for us because people can find it easily enough. We don't do much advertising. Mostly just people telling their friends or being sent here by their regular doctors. It’s a job that requires a lot of focus. We make sure the paperwork is right and the equipment is ready for whatever the day brings. Every day we see different families hoping for the best, and we just provide the medical side of that process.
