Notion Electronics

We are tucked away at C/112 in the Maruti Industrial Estate. It’s right across from the fire station and next to the Shell Petrol Pump near Memco. It’s a handy location because everyone knows where the petrol pump is. Notion Electronics is a pretty straightforward operation. We have our workspace set up with all the soldering irons and testing gear we need. The industrial estate is always full of activity, with trucks coming and going at all hours. We have a small crew, and we’ve all been doing this for long enough that we don’t need to talk much to get things done. The office part is just a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that’s seen better days. We don't have any shiny brochures or fancy websites to show off. Most of our work comes from people who just know where we are and what we do. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we’ve got used to it over the years. On hot days, we keep the fans running at full blast, though it doesn't always help much. We just keep our heads down and focus on the electronics in front of us. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost and we have to go out to the main gate to wave them down. It’s just part of the day. We are okay with that.
