Nippon Thermostar (India) Ltd.

Nippon Thermostar operates out of Riviera Park, specifically units GA and GB. We are located at number 11 on the 4th Main Road Extension in Kotturpuram. It is a pretty decent area to work in, with a bit more greenery than some of the heavier industrial zones. Our office is where we handle all the coordination for our heating and cooling projects. There are usually several of us sitting around computers or looking at technical drawings spread out on the tables. The phones ring quite a bit, mostly with questions about schedules or parts. We have a small area where we keep some of the smaller equipment and samples. It isn't a giant warehouse, but it serves our purpose for the administrative side of things. We usually take our breaks at the small shops nearby for coffee or snacks. Kotturpuram has a nice vibe, even if the traffic can get a bit backed up during rush hour. Our daily routine is mostly about keeping things organized and making sure our field teams have what they need. The office can get a bit cluttered with catalogs and files, but we try to keep it decent for when people stop by. We don't use much fancy talk here; we just focus on getting through the tasks on our list for the day. It is a steady job and we have a good group of people working here together.
