Our site is at Plot 156, Section 3, in IMT Manesar. This part of the industrial town is always busy with people coming and going for their shifts. Nippon Leakless Talbaros has a fairly large footprint here. Inside, it sounds like a typical factory with the rhythmic noise of production lines. We deal with gaskets and parts that most people don't think about, but they are important. The air inside the facility usually feels a bit metallic. We have a lot of people working here in different sections. Some are on the floor, and others are in the small office area handling the logistics. Manesar can get really dusty and the weather is often extreme, either very hot or quite cold in the winter. We have a canteen where most of the staff eats lunch, and that is usually the only time it gets quiet in the production area. There are a lot of rules to follow regarding how we move around the floor for safety. It isn't a place with fancy decorations. Everything is functional and painted in industrial colors. We spend a lot of our time checking the machines and making sure everything is running without any hiccups. Commuting to this part of IMT can be a bit of a trek for some of the workers, but we have a good routine down now.
