Vraj Developers is located right across from Shridhar Flora, not far from Amarjavan Circle. It's a part of town that has been growing quite a bit lately. We’ve been working out of this office for a bit, and it’s a good location because the circle makes it easy for our crew to get to different parts of the city. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or making the place look like a museum. It is a working office. You’ll find folders stacked up and maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We handle a lot of the planning and the building side of things. It’s not always easy, especially when prices for materials go up overnight or a machine breaks down on a Tuesday morning. We just take it one day at a time. Everyone here knows their role, and we don’t really bother with titles much. We just want to get the work done right so we can go home to our families at the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late when a project is finishing up, but that is part of the deal. Being near Amarjavan Circle means we get a lot of people just dropping by to ask questions. We try to be helpful when we can. It is a local business, run by local people who just want to do a solid job and keep the projects moving forward without too much fuss.
