Town Developer.

Town Developer has its office in the Town Plaza at Raspan Cross Road. This is a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We are a small group of people who work on local property and development projects. Our office is just a regular room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps and drawings spread out everywhere. We are not a big, polished company. We are just people who know about land and buildings in this area. Most of our time is spent talking to people, checking on sites, and trying to get all the paperwork through the local offices. It can be a slow process sometimes, especially with all the regulations we have to follow. We do not use any marketing speak or try to sound more important than we are. We just tell people the facts about a project. We have been at Raspan Cross Road for a while now, and we like being part of the local scene. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some planning done. We just take things one day at a time. It is a practical job that requires us to be out and about quite a bit. We are just regular folks trying to make a living by developing pieces of land around the town. It is hard work but it keeps us busy.
