Tameer Builders

Our office at Signature Royal is tucked away behind Swarnim Villa on M G Road. M G Road is usually packed with cars and bikes, so our spot being a little further back makes it a bit quieter than the main street. We’ve been running Tameer Builders from here for a good stretch of time. The office is basically one big room where everyone sits together. There isn't much privacy, but it makes it easier to talk about what needs to be done. We have a lot of binders full of old plans and receipts that we really should organize better one of these days. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We wear comfortable clothes and don't worry about looking corporate. People wander in from M G Road sometimes just to see what we're building. We show them the drawings on the wall and have a chat. It’s a very direct way of working. The building itself, Signature Royal, has a certain character to it. We like being near Swarnim Villa because it’s a well-known spot. Our days are filled with checking on construction materials and talking to the crew. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage, ordering food in and sitting around the desks. It’s not fancy, but it’s our way of doing things. We just keep our heads down and work on one building at a time. The office light flickers sometimes, but we just ignore it and keep going. It's home for us.
