Sun Developers

Sun Developers is out on the SP Ring Road, specifically at Survey No. 17/3. We are right opposite the Ruby Stone building. If you’ve driven that stretch of the ring road, you know it’s a lot of open space and big trucks moving past all day. It’s a bit noisy outside, but inside our office, we just focus on the development work. We deal with a lot of land and planning issues. It’s a lot of back and forth with different departments. We don’t have a flashy sign or a glass building. It’s more of a practical setup where we can lay out our drawings and talk about what’s happening next on the plot. Some days we spend more time out on the site than we do in the office chairs. The SP Ring Road is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the heavy machinery to get in and out when we need it to. We’ve grown used to the dust and the constant movement of the area. It’s a simple operation here. We have a few desks, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of water for the heat. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look to outsiders; we just care about getting the actual developing part right. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but that’s just the nature of the business on this side of town. We are just here doing our jobs every day.
