Shyam Developers is located right near Sahajanand Business Park. Being so close to a big business hub means there is always a lot of activity around us. You can see the glass buildings of the park from our window, but our own office is much more down-to-earth. We have a modest setup with a few desks and a small area where people can sit and wait. The parking around here can be a bit of a headache during the peak hours, so we usually tell people to come a bit early. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or meeting with people who work in the nearby offices. It’s a good spot to be because everything we need is within walking distance. We aren’t a huge operation with dozens of departments. It’s just us, and we handle everything from the first phone call to the final signature. We’ve got a lot of maps of the local area pinned up so we can show people exactly where things are. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with stacks of paper and empty tea cups here and there. We don’t try to act like we are something we’re not. We are just a local business trying to make a living and help people find the right property. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s a good way to stay connected to the community.
