We are Shreenath Realty, and you can find our little office right near the Khodidyarmata Temple. It’s a nice place to work because you can hear the bells and see the people visiting the temple every day. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, and we know almost every corner of it. Our business isn't about fancy suits or high-pressure sales. We just help people who are looking for a place to stay or want to move somewhere else. It involves a lot of walking, looking at old houses, and talking to neighbors. We don’t have a big website with flashy photos; we mostly just talk to people face-to-face. Sometimes the real estate market is quiet and we spend the afternoon just chatting with anyone who stops by. Other times, we are running around all day trying to get paperwork signed. We try to be honest about the properties we show. If a place has a leaky roof or bad wiring, we’ll tell you. We don't think there's any point in lying about it. People in this area trust us because we’ve been here so long. We aren't looking to get rich quick or change the world. We just want to help our neighbors find a good spot and keep our business going.
