Sakar Realcon

Sakar Realcon is situated on the 100 Ft Viratnagar Road. It’s a big, wide road so it’s pretty hard to miss. We are right opposite Abjibapa Greens. The area is quite lively with people coming and going all day long. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our maps and property lists. It’s not one of those glass-walled offices you see in the city center. We prefer it this way. It’s comfortable and familiar. We’ve been on Viratnagar Road for a long time and have seen it get busier and busier. There’s a lot of traffic, but it brings in people who are looking for a place to stay or invest. We spend our time answering phones and talking to the people who walk in off the street. We don't have a polished sales pitch or anything. We just show people what’s available and let them decide for themselves. It’s an honest way to work. The office can get a bit noisy with the cars outside, but you get used to it after a while. We usually have the radio on in the background. It’s just a regular local business run by people who live nearby. We know the area like the back of our hand.
