Rajvi Developers. is tucked away behind Devasya International School. We’ve been based near the Somnath Party Plot area for a good while. You can hear the school kids during recess if you’re standing outside our office. It’s a lively spot in Nikol-Naroda. We spend most of our mornings checking on materials and talking to the crew about what needs to happen next on the site. Building houses and commercial spaces isn’t a quick job. It takes a lot of patience and dealing with things that go wrong, like a late delivery or rain stopping the work. We aren't big on corporate meetings or anything like that. We prefer to just be out there where the actual building is happening. Our team is pretty small, mostly local people who know the streets around here well. When someone stops by, we usually have a quick chat about the progress. The road gets quite dusty in the summer, but that’s just how it is when you’re in this business. We don’t try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It’s hard work, manual labor, and a lot of planning on paper. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s easy for us to reach the different projects we have going on nearby. It feels like home to us now, being right here near the party plot.
