Rahil Buildcon

Our office is tucked away near Hotel Palm, right on that stretch from Odhav Ring Road Circle over towards the Nikol Ring Road. If you know the area, you know how much traffic passes through there. Rahil Buildcon is basically just a few of us who spend most of our time out on-site or hunched over blueprints in the back room. The noise from the ring road is pretty constant, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and trying to figure out where the latest delivery of bricks went. It's not a glamorous job. My boots are usually covered in mud or cement dust by lunch. We started out small and we’re still pretty much a local operation. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone comes back from the field at the same time. We usually just grab some tea from the stall nearby and go over the plan for the next day. The stretch between Odhav and Nikol has grown so fast, and we’ve seen it all happen from our little corner. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a bunch of people who know how to put a building together. It takes a lot of patience, dealing with the weather and the delays, but we just take it one day at a time here near the hotel. We aren't fancy, we just do the work.
