You can find us at Pearl Associates over on the 100 Ft. Bhakti Circle Road. We’re quite close to the Shree Saurashtra Patel Samaj Vadi, which is a big landmark around here. Having an office on a 100-foot road means there’s always a lot of activity outside. We spend our days dealing with various property and associate tasks. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and different sites. Some days the traffic is so bad it takes forever just to get a few blocks down the road. Inside, things are usually a bit quieter, unless we’ve got a few people in at once talking about land deals. We don't use any fancy systems, just our ledgers and some old computers that take a minute to start up. We know the Bhakti Circle area like the back of our hands because we’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just handle the work that comes our way and try to keep our clients happy without making things too complicated. Every project has its own set of problems, like delays with the rainy season or missing paperwork, but we just deal with them as they come. It’s just regular work for regular people.
