Param Developers.

Our office for Param Developers is right across from Divine School and sits just beside Dev Residency. It is an interesting spot because we can hear the school bell ringing throughout the day and the kids playing during their breaks. It keeps the atmosphere from feeling too stiff. We are a development firm, and this office is our home base for several local projects. It is a practical space with enough room for our drafting tables and some filing cabinets. We aren't trying to win any design awards for the office itself. We just need a place where we can meet with contractors and go over the numbers. Being next to Dev Residency makes it easy to explain our location to people. We spend our hours checking on site updates, ordering materials, and making sure the paperwork for the city is all in order. It is a lot of mundane work that is necessary for building anything. Sometimes things go wrong, like a late delivery or a broken tool, and we have to spend the afternoon sorting it out. We don't use big words or try to sound like we are some huge international corporation. We are just local developers who know the area well. We come in, do our bits, and try to make sure everything we build is solid. That is really all there is to our story here. We just take it day by day and do our jobs.
