Panthi Buildcon

Panthi Buildcon is situated right near Amarjawan Circle, specifically across from Shreedhar Floora. It is a busy intersection, so there is always noise from the traffic and people moving about. We find that being near the circle makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful. Our daily routine is pretty straightforward. We start early, get the tea going, and start going through the list of tasks for the various building projects we have going on. The office feels lived-in; there are always boots by the door and rolls of blueprints leaning against the walls. We don't worry much about having a polished look. What matters to us is that the work on the sites is moving forward. Construction and building work can be unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time problem-solving on the fly. Whether it is a delay in materials or a question from a contractor, we just handle it as it comes. It is a hands-on kind of job. We don't sit behind closed doors in big leather chairs. Usually, we are right there in the middle of the main room talking through the day's plan. The atmosphere is casual but we stay busy. Being part of this neighborhood for a while has made us feel like a real part of the community. We are just local people doing our jobs in the building industry and trying to get things done right. Every day is a new challenge.
