Om Developers

We run Om Developers from this spot behind Panchmrut International Public School for a while now. Most people know the area because of the school traffic in the mornings, but it stays pretty quiet once the kids are inside. We’re right near Heritage Square, so it’s easy to find us if you’re coming from that direction. Dealing with construction projects means we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to workers. It’s not always glamorous work. Some days are just about managing deliveries and making sure the bricks show up when they are supposed to. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Being a local business here means we see the same faces every day. It's nice to be part of this neighborhood. Sometimes we grab tea nearby and just talk about what needs to be done next on the site. Building things takes time and patience. We don't really do the big flashy office thing. It’s mostly just us working through the paperwork and getting out to the sites to see how the walls are coming up. If you are around Heritage Square, you can't miss the turn towards the school. We are right there in that pocket. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know how to do. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay organized. That's pretty much how we run things every day here. It keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
