Mansukhbhai here. Most people know us through the work we do at Mansukhbhai D Radadiya ( Proprietor Of Shiv Developers ). We have been set up near parikh hospital for quite a long time now. It is a very busy spot with people coming and going from the hospital all day. Usually, I am at the construction site early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. My phone starts ringing around eight and it does not really stop until late at night. We do building work. There is nothing fancy to say about it, just putting one brick on top of another and making sure the structure stays solid. Sometimes the materials do not show up on time and that is a real headache, but we manage somehow. My office is quite simple. I have a few chairs for when people stop by to ask about plots or how the construction is progressing. Usually, there is some dust on my shoes because that is just the nature of this job. I do not spend much time behind a desk if I can help it. I would rather be out seeing what the guys are doing on the ground. Dealing with laborers takes a lot of patience. You have to talk to them in a certain way to get things done right. We have seen this area change a lot over the years. New shops and more traffic. It keeps us busy. People around here know me. I try to keep things straightforward and honest. It is hard work, but it is what we know. Just keeping at it every day.
