Manisha Developers is based over at Merriott Hills. We are right opposite Patel Samaj Ni Vadi and also opposite The Grand Eastern. If you are looking for us, we are also behind the Gunjan Garden Restaurant, not far from Bhakti Circle. It is a busy area, but it works for us. We have been in the development business for a long time. We aren’t a huge corporation with fancy offices and leather chairs. Usually, we are out on the sites getting our hands dirty and making sure things are moving along correctly. We started this because we wanted to build stuff that actually stays standing. Our office is just a place to store our tools and look at plans. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make things look better than they are. We just tell people what is happening with their project and when it will be done. It is a lot of work dealing with the daily problems that come up in construction, like heavy rain or missing supplies. We just take it as it comes. We have a small crew and we’ve all been working together for years now. People around here know where to find us if they need anything. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just do the job and let the work speak for itself. It’s a simple way to run things, but it’s what we know best and we like it.
