Magnolia Infra is based at Eclat Heights, which is near Ithas Residency. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a pretty standard office setup where we manage our infrastructure projects. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We just have our desks, our computers, and our files. Most of the time, the office is quiet because we are out checking on things at the sites, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork and talk to clients. Being near Ithas Residency makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve grown used to this part of the neighborhood. It’s got a steady feel to it. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just local people who know how to build things and get things moving. We handle the daily grind of permits and materials without making a big fuss about it. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing, and other days we can actually hear ourselves think. We just take it as it comes. We like being at Eclat Heights. It’s a solid place to work from. We don’t make big promises we can't keep, we just do the work that’s in front of us. That’s how we’ve always done it here. It’s a simple, practical way to run things. We just keep at it, day in and day out, doing our best.
