Kothiya Buildocn

Kothiya Buildcon is situated right near Amizara Marble. It’s a good landmark to have because everyone knows where the marble shops are. We’re usually around the office early in the morning before heading out to whatever site we’re currently working on. Construction is a tough business, and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything else. It involves a lot of sweat and sometimes a few headaches when things don’t go exactly as planned. We handle the day-to-day tasks of building from the ground up. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate meetings. If something needs fixing, we just grab a wrench or call the guy who knows how to handle it. The area around us is always dusty from all the stone cutting nearby, but we’re used to it. We’ve been in this trade long enough to know that shortcuts usually lead to more work later on, so we try to avoid them. We’re just regular people who enjoy seeing a structure come together. It’s satisfying to look at a finished wall and know you put the work in. We don't have a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people seeing our signs on a construction fence. We stay busy, and that’s enough for us. If you drop by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish a phone call with a supplier, but we’re always happy to chat about a project.
