Khodiyar Associates. is based at Shivalay Gold, which is right across from Vrundavan Farm and near Shridhar Flora. It’s a nice enough area and having the farm across the way is a bit of a change from the usual city noise. We mostly deal with property and helping people figure out what they want to do with their land or homes. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of driving around to different spots. We aren't a high-pressure office. Usually, someone comes in, we sit down, have some water, and look at some papers together. The buildings around here like Shridhar Flora are newer, so we see a lot of people moving into the neighborhood. We try to keep up with who is selling what and what the going rates are. It’s a lot of local knowledge that you only get by being here every day. Sometimes the office gets quiet and we just catch up on filing, but then the phone starts ringing and it's back to being busy again. We've had this spot for a bit and we like it. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our lunch. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use any fancy software or big slogans. We just know the area well and try to help people out when they come looking for advice on property. It's just regular work for us, and we try to keep it simple and honest for everyone involved in the process.
