Balaji Construction

Our shop is near the S.P. Ring Road in the Nikol area. It is a part of town that is growing really fast, so there is construction happening everywhere you look. We fit right in. Our office is usually covered in dust from the road and the nearby sites. We don't mind it much because it shows we are actually working. Balaji Construction is basically just a group of us who have been doing this for years. We spend our mornings checking on the crews and the afternoons doing the paperwork that nobody likes. There are always piles of cement bags and rebar sitting around nearby. It is a very practical environment. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We build things out of bricks and mortar. Sometimes the heat is unbearable and we have to slow down, but we always get back to it. We deal with local vendors and we know most of the people around Nikol. It’s a community where word of mouth matters more than any advertisement. We just show up every day, do the work, and hope for good weather. It’s not a glamorous life but it’s ours and we are proud of the stuff we build. We keep things simple and try to be fair with everyone who walks through our door.
