You can find us over at Rushabha Villa, which is right near the Devasay Land Mark. This is one of our locations where we handle the planning and management of our building projects. We aren't a giant company with a huge corporate structure. It’s more of a family feel here, even if we aren't all related. We’ve been working on construction in this area for several years. We know the ground here and what it takes to get a project finished. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s functional and that is what matters to us. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and contractors, trying to make sure everything stays on track. It's a lot of mundane work, like checking invoices and making sure the permits are in order. We don't use fancy brochures or have a professional spokesperson. If you call, you'll probably just talk to whoever is closest to the phone. We take pride in the fact that we are just regular people doing a job we know well. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have multiple sites running at once, but we manage to get through it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just focus on the bricks, the cement, and the people we are building for. It’s a straightforward way of doing business and it works for us.
