Anam Developers

We are based out of Ganesh Vihar Apprtment and have been doing this for a while now. It is just a small group of us working here every day. We handle the day-to-day tasks of building and managing properties without making much of a fuss about it. The office is pretty simple. There are blueprints scattered on the tables and usually a layer of dust from the latest site visit on someone’s shoes. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about a project we finished down the road. It gets busy, especially when the weather is good for construction. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things get delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's honest work. We know the local area well since we spend most of our time right here. If you stop by, you might catch us having a quick lunch at the desks. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of complicated words to describe what is basically just putting buildings together. It is about the physical work and getting things lined up correctly. We are just local people trying to do a decent job with the resources we have. Sometimes the printer jams and the coffee is cold, but we stay until the list is done for the day.
