Our office for Aksh Developers. is located on the stretch between Sukan Cross Road and Bhakti Circle Road, quite close to Raspan Cross Road. It is an area that has seen a lot of growth lately. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things in our own neighborhood. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs for visitors and a big table for looking at site maps. We spend a lot of time driving between the office and various job sites nearby. Traffic around Raspan Cross Road can be a bit of a pain during rush hour, so we try to plan our trips around it. Running a development company isn't always easy. There are always issues with labor or materials being late. We don't try to hide those things from the people we work for. We think it’s better to be straight about what is happening on the ground. We aren't interested in using fancy words or making big promises we can't keep. It is mostly about showing up every day and making sure the bricklayers and electricians have what they need. Some days we are exhausted by five, and other days we stay late to catch up. It’s just a normal local business trying to do things the right way without a lot of fuss. There are stacks of files everywhere and the tea kettle is usually on. We like to keep it simple.
