We are located at number 12 in the Parijat Apartment building. It’s pretty easy to find since we are right opposite the Memnagar Fire Station. Sometimes the sirens get pretty loud when they’re heading out, but you get used to it after a few weeks. Being in Memnagar is convenient because everything is close by. Our day usually involves a lot of tracking numbers and customs forms since we handle import and export stuff. It’s mostly computer work and phone calls, making sure cargo isn't stuck somewhere it shouldn't be. The office is a bit cramped with all the files, but we know where everything is. We don’t do any big fancy presentations or anything like that. We just focus on getting the boxes from point A to point B. It’s a lot of logistical headaches sometimes, especially when there’s a delay at the port, but that’s just how this industry goes. Niaa Exim Private Limited is just a small team of us. We share tea in the afternoons and try to stay on top of the ever-changing rules for shipping. It’s practical work. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there, just reliable enough that people keep coming back to us when they need something moved across a border. The apartment setting keeps things feeling a bit more personal than a big glass office building would.
