We work out of the Titanium Center, up in room 1205. It’s a busy spot near Sachin Towers and the 100 Feet Ring Road in Anandnagar. Mostly we deal with facility management, which is a lot of work involving cleaning schedules and fixing things that break in buildings. Satellite is a crowded area so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit slow with all the traffic. The view from the window is okay, mostly just other buildings and the road below. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or talking to the workers who go out to the different sites. It’s not a very big team here, just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever to come, which is annoying when we are in a hurry. We have a lot of files piled up on the side desks that we need to sort through one of these days. People in the area know us as the place to go if they have issues with their office maintenance. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long afternoons. It’s a regular job, nothing too exciting, but it keeps the bills paid. The desks are a bit cluttered with notes and old pens that barely work. We try to stay on top of things, but there is always something new to fix or a report to finish before we can head home.
