Uma Infra (Siddhi Heights)

We are currently working on the Siddhi Heights project, which is located right near Shakti Gardania. It is a nice, quiet part of the neighborhood. We have been involved in the infrastructure and building business for quite some time now. It is mostly just us and a few regular crews that we have hired over the years. We do not have a big corporate structure or many layers of management. We like to keep things simple and very direct. If there is ever a problem on the site, you come and talk to me directly. We are building these apartments now and it takes up almost all of our time. Being near Shakti Gardania is helpful because most people already know where that is. We spend our days dealing with various suppliers and making sure the concrete is poured correctly. It is hard work and things get very dusty, but that is just how construction is. We don't use big words or make fancy promises we can't keep. We just show the progress of the work. Sometimes we run into delays because of the bad weather or getting the right parts delivered, but we always finish the job. People in this area know who we are by now. We don't bother with expensive advertising in papers. Most of our sales come from people just seeing the building going up and asking us about the prices. Our office is right on the site where we keep all the papers.
