We are Kedaram Buildcon Llp. Our office is located on the road that goes from Devam Residency toward Canal Road in the Vatva Gamdi area. It’s a bit of a specific location, but local people know it well. We focus on construction and development in this part of town. It’s not always easy work. We have to manage a lot of different moving parts, from getting the materials to the site to making sure the workers are on task. We aren't the type of company that has a lot of fancy meetings. We usually just talk things out while we're standing on-site or sitting in the office with some snacks. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a while. We know who to call when we need something done. The area around Canal Road is changing, and we’re glad to be a part of it. We don't put on airs or try to sound like a big international corporation. We're just local builders. Some days the logistics are a nightmare and we end up staying late to sort things out. That’s just the way it goes. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to finish our projects on time and make sure they're built properly. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We've been at it for a few years now.
