We have been working out of our office at Plot No 73 for a while now. It’s right behind the Patel Rice Mill on Deriya Para Road. Most people know the area because of the mill, so it’s easy to find us once you get onto that road. We handle a lot of construction work around here. It gets busy during the day with the trucks and everything going on nearby. We started Goyal Safal Developers because we saw how much this part of town was growing. It used to be much quieter, but now there are houses and buildings going up everywhere. Our team stays pretty busy with site visits and paperwork. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can get our work done and meet with people who are looking to build something. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just part of being near a mill and active construction sites. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone comes in asking about a plot or a project, we just tell them how it is without using any of those big words you see in brochures. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the ground well. It’s a good spot to be in if you want to stay connected to what’s actually happening on the street. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. That’s how we’ve always done it. We're just regular people trying to build decent places.
