United Engineers & Developers is located at Ashraya 9, inside the GST Compound near the Khodiyar Temple. It’s a bit of an old-school spot, but it suits us just fine. We have been doing engineering and development work for quite some time. We aren't a big, flashy firm with a bunch of people in suits. Most of the time, we are in jeans or work clothes because we are actually out on the sites. We handle the technical side of things, which means a lot of measuring and checking and then checking again. It can be tedious, but if you don't do it right, things fall apart later. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just take on projects and see them through to the end. Some days the paperwork piles up on our desks and we feel like we'll never get through it. Other days, everything clicks and the work goes fast. It’s a bit of a roller coaster, honestly. We know the area around the Khodiyar Temple really well. It’s home for us. We just want to keep doing our engineering work without too much drama. We focus on the practical side of building and developing. It’s not always pretty, but it’s what we do. We are just a group of folks who like seeing a plan come to life on a piece of land and we work until it’s finished.
