We are Swastik Elegance Developers, and our office is at Ashraya 10, inside the Gst Compound. It's a quiet enough place to get work done most of the time. We don't really go for those flashy signs or expensive advertisements. We just prefer to let our work speak for itself, even if it’s just the small stuff we do every day. Being in the Gst Compound means we are a bit tucked away from the main road, but we actually like it that way. It gives us a chance to focus on our projects without too many distractions. We’ve been here at Ashraya 10 for a good while now. Most of our days are spent talking to people or looking over plans on the desk. It isn't always exciting, but it is honest work. We don't use any of that corporate language because we are just regular folks. We show up in the morning, have our tea, and get to work. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes they don't, but that’s just how life is for everyone. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just want to get the job done and head home at the end of the day. It’s a simple setup we have here. If you need to find us, just look for the Ashraya 10 sign. We're usually around during the day, just keeping things moving. It’s a steady kind of life, and we are quite happy with it.
