Soham Realty is tucked away at Ashraya 10 in the Gst Compound. It might not be the easiest place to find if you aren’t looking for it specifically, but we’ve been here for a while. We aren’t some huge real estate firm with hundreds of agents in suits. It’s just a small group of us handling the local property scene. We spend our days answering the phones and walking through various sites. Some days the phones just don’t stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough for us to actually get through the paperwork. We don’t have a polished or scripted way of talking to people. We just tell folks what the situation is with a piece of land or a new building project. Real estate can get really complicated with all the forms and permits, so we try to handle the boring stuff so our clients don’t have to worry about it. We’ve seen the Gst Compound change quite a bit since we first set up our shop here. There are more businesses now and more people coming and going every day. We like the energy of the area. Our office is pretty basic, just the essentials we need to get through the day. We don’t think you need a fancy space to do good work. It’s more about knowing the neighborhood and who to call when you need something done. We just do our thing and stay busy.
