Pavanj Developers is located up at Shyam Hills, near the G.s.t. crossing. It’s a spot that’s seen a lot of changes recently. We spend our time working on development projects around this area. It’s a lot of work to turn a piece of land into something functional. We have to deal with a lot of permits and planning before we even break ground. Most of our days are spent checking on the progress of different sites. It’s a lot of walking and talking to the people actually doing the work. We like to stay involved in every step. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of days where things feel stuck. But you just keep pushing through. Our office is a bit of a mess with all the blueprints and files everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us making sure things get done. We’ve grown to know the G.s.t. crossing area quite well. It’s a busy place, and being right here helps us stay on top of things. We aren’t looking for any awards; we just want to finish our projects and move on to the next one. It’s practical work for practical people. That’s just how we do things at Pavanj. We try to keep it as simple as we possibly can.
