Balaji Poly Plast

Balaji Poly Plast is located over at New Umiya Estate in Odhav. We are right across from the old Shyam Video Theater, and if you go behind Bhikshuk Gruh, you’ll find our unit. It’s a typical industrial spot. There’s always the sound of machines running and trucks loading up in the lane. We’ve been working out of this space for quite a bit now. It’s not a large place, just enough room for our equipment and a bit of storage. We handle a lot of plastic work, which means it can get a bit warm inside, especially during the afternoons. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and keep our customers happy so they come back. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend the whole day fixing them instead of producing anything. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy front office or anything. Most of the time, we’re out on the floor making sure everything is running okay. It’s a lot of manual work and paying attention to the details. We’ve got a small team, and we all know what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward life here in Odhav. We just keep our heads down and get on with the daily tasks. There is always a lot to do, and we just take it one day at a time.
