This branch of Madhavraj Developers is situated opposite Rubi Stone. We are right on the stretch of road that goes from Nikol Gam to the S P Ring Road. It’s a very busy part of the city these days. There’s always a lot of traffic passing by, which is good for being seen, I guess. We spend most of our time here dealing with the day-to-day details of our construction work. It’s a simple office. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or anything like that. We just need a space to work and meet with people when they stop by. The road out front is often loud, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the S P Ring Road traffic nearby. Our team is local and we know this area well. We’ve seen Nikol Gam change quite a lot since we first started. We just focus on our own tasks and try to do a decent job every day. It’s not about being the biggest or anything like that. We just want to get the work done. If you’re heading towards the ring road, you’ll see us across from Rubi Stone. We keep a regular schedule, starting early and staying until the work is finished. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just stay busy and keep moving forward with whatever project is on the desk at the moment. It’s simple work, really.
