Vision Reality Developers is located right next to Dharnidhar Avenue, near Shree Ram Chowk. It’s a familiar area for most people who live around here. We have a small office where we handle all our development business. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around, checking files, and answering the phone. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. When people come in, they usually just pull up a chair and we talk about whatever they need. The neighborhood around Shree Ram Chowk is pretty busy, so there’s always something to look at out the window. We spend our time looking at land records and making sure our current projects are on track. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important to get the details right. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. If we don’t have an answer, we tell them we’ll find out and get back to them. We don’t use fancy brochures or big marketing talk. We just show what we have and let the work speak for itself. It’s a bit of a cramped office sometimes when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. We’ve been here for some time now and have a good rhythm going with the daily tasks. We just keep things moving and focus on the day’s work.
