Sadguru Landmark

We are located opposite Vimal Park, right behind Vitthal Plaza. It’s a decent spot that’s easy enough for people to find when they need us. At Sadguru Landmark, we focus on real estate and construction. Our team is small, mostly made up of people who have lived in this area for a long time and understand the local market. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons dealing with the paperwork that comes with land development. It’s a lot of coordination between the buyers, the builders, and the local authorities. Sometimes things go exactly as planned, but usually, there’s some small hurdle we have to jump over. That’s just the nature of the business we are in. We don't have a polished showroom; our office is more about function than style. We have maps pinned to the walls and samples of tiles and stone sitting in the corners for people to see. People come in to ask about available plots or to see how their project is coming along. We try to give them straight answers without any fluff or nonsense. It’s hard work, and the sun can be brutal when we’re out on-site for hours, but we like seeing a project finally finish up. We’ve been around this part of town long enough to know how things work, and we just keep doing our part.
