This branch of Maple Greens Developers. is over by Bapa Sitaram Chowk. We are right Opp. Obc Bank and very Nr. Sahajanand School. It is a very lively neighborhood to work in. There is always a lot of energy and noise around the chowk. We started this office to be closer to our projects on this side of the city. It is much easier to manage things when you can just walk over to the construction site in five minutes. I spend a lot of my time just talking to the local people. They like to know what is being built and how long it is going to take. I try to give them a straight answer every time. Construction is a messy business and it makes a lot of noise, so I try to keep things as clean as I can for the neighbors nearby. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that here. If you come in, you will probably just find me or one of the site supervisors. We might be eating our lunch or arguing about a late delivery. It is a real place with real people. We use local labor and try to keep everything simple. Dealing with the bank across the street is very handy for us, too. The school nearby means we have to be extra careful with the trucks during certain hours of the day. You learn these little things as you go along. We are just guys who know how to build houses.
